Deep relaxation, mediation, trance, mesmerized are all hypnotic state. Each and every day we go in and out of these trance like states. One of the most recognized time is when we are driving and we can not remember the journey. When we relax we dampen , the conscious, analytical brain waves, the beta waves and enhance the subconscious mind, the creative mind, focused, these are the alpha waves.
