Remedial Sports Therapy

Frequently used in conjunction with Swedish Massage to treat many musculo-skeletal problems. It primarily eases muscle spasm and so it can help with many problems such as back ache, neck stiffness, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, repetitive strain injuries etc.
Various moves and techniques are used during this treatment.
On-Site Massage
Prices range from £25-£35
This massage is delivered ‘through the clothes’ in a special chair, making it perfect to be performed at the work-place. A twenty minute treatment is both relaxing and energizing.
Great for neck, shoulders and arms.
Rebirthing Breathwork
Prices range from £35-£45
Rebirthing Breathwork involves conscious connected breathing, unblocking the constricted breathing from tension caused by unresolved emotions. This is a very powerful Therapy, it is advised to have 10 session in total, each treatment on its own is so transformational.
This is can be delivered over Skype or Zoom.
